Not sure if you'll see I made a comment this far back or not, but if you've never heard of this before, check it out (I think the humor is even 10x better for this page than the latter):

When you go to google and type in "french military victories", then hit "I'm Feeling Lucky", this is the page that comes up:

Make sure you click on the link then to "french military defeats".

I don't know if you already know about this or not. Wouldn't surprise me if you did, but nevertheless, it's HILARIOUS.
