Derivative pop
You know how a lot of current pop music sounds manufactured and, well, all the same? Well, this just takes the cake.
Hit the link (3.86MB mp3, modem users beware) and see if you can identify the songs.
Left channel: "The Scientist" by Coldplay.
Right channel: "Pieces" by Sum41.
Can we say all say formulaic?
Awesome! Except...I've had enough of derivatives for today.

Sum 41 started playing this song on Leno the other night and I started immedietely singing the Coldplay song right over it. I can't listen cause this computer doesn't have speakers, does this mean that they are even in the same key and form?
