Whacked out arachnids

As if spiders weren't wierd enough, it turns out that giving them caffeine really messes with 'em.

I saw comparisons like this when I was a kid. Health-conscious religious folks showed a film about the dangers of caffeine, and had footage of the weaving process going, as you can see, rather badly.

Also, I just noticed that, if you wanted to, you could change 'wierd' to 'weird' or 'wired' and it would make sense either way, with the latter being a little funnier (to me).
